Joe Biden’s demented references to decades past have us feeling nostalgic and longing for the good old days. Bumbling Biden probably has big plans for Super Bowl Sunday. He’ll hunker down in one of his luxury homes to watch cagy QB Len Dawson lead the Kansas City Chief as team owner Lamar Hunt looks on from his suite. But Joe has his money on the San Francisco 49ers and their veteran field general John Brody. Biden is jealous of those attending the big game in Las Vegas. They’ll almost certainly be heading to The Sands Hotel to see a late-night performance by The Rat Pack, Sinatra, Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr.
And, finally, the Podcast extolls the virtues of David Hensley, the Donald Trump of local school board members. His adversaries would rather protect their feelings than advance quality public school education and steward taxpayers’ dollars that pay for all of it — salaries and school buildings.
